Friendly staff, wonderful ambience and great hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Initially, when we booked the hotel we were skeptical whether the hotel was clean or not, the rooms were okay or not since it was an old hotel but when we reached there, we found out that it wasn’t what he had thought. The rooms were clean, the rooms were great. They even had tea, coffee, water at the room which we weren’t expecting.

The ambience of the resort was wonderful and especially the garden was so beautiful. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and polite. I had gone there with my 2.5 year old daughter and in order to feed her, I asked for so many things to the kitchen staff such as milk, sugar, spoon, bowl etc. in our every meal but they never got annoyed or irritated. They were always smiling and helped us with our request very happily.

Overall, the hospitality of the owner, Mr. Lozic Shrestha and the resort was really very great. We had a pleasant time there and I would definitely recommend all of my friends and relatives to stay at the resort if they are going to Sauraha and if I go to Sauraha again, I will definitely be staying there again.
